Payments can be automatically deducted through payroll deduction, or on-line at Panhandle Educators' Virtual Branch. Late Charges: For each scheduled payment, late 10 days or more, you will be assessed a charge of 5.00% of the amount of the scheduled payment due with a minimum charge of $5.00
